At SenSoft, our team is closely monitoring the FCP project and has created the necessary processes and systems needed to support FCP. We are ready to assist you with processing your standard price list spreadsheets into the templates required by the FCP project when you are ready to transition to FCP.
Below you will find all the current information and links you might need to begin learning about FCP and how it will affect your contract.
The FAS Catalog Platform (formerly CCP) is in development and early stages of testing and is set to replace the SIP system in FY2024. The new program is web-based and will link to the current eMod system.
As part of the changes, there will also be a replacement for 4P reporting. Vendors will be able to submit their catalog through the new Compliance and Pricing Tool and receive an output report prior to submitting contract modifications. For more information go here.
A new product file is set to be a combined replacement for the Price Proposal Template and the files needed to upload to GSA Advantage! Its goal is to reduce the amount of information vendors will need to provide. For more information go here.
With FCP, because of its link to eMod, access to the program will require Authorized Negotiator status. If you need to make changes to your authorized negotiators, we have a fantastic contract management team available to assist.
Any vendor that has not submitted a full catalog upload since October 2022 is encouraged to submit one. This is because GSA now has the Authoritative Catalog Repository (ACR) which is designed to shorten catalog processing time.
The development team for FCP has created a demo that you can watch. Please check back regularly as the video may change as the pilot continues.
