At SenSoft, our team continues to closely monitor the FCP project and has created the necessary system needed to support FCP. We are ready to assist you with processing your standard price list spreadsheets into the templates required by the FCP project when you are ready to transition to FCP.

The FAS Catalog Platform (FCP) is well into development and testing and is in the process of replacing the SIP system. The new program is web-based and will link directly to the current eMod system. Making your upload a part of your modification.
Just as with our SIP alternative, our new FCP Upload system will process your photos from any or all of the following types: a zip file, an individual photo file, or a web (URL) address. You can submit almost any photo name, size, and type without worrying about GSA’s specific rules for photos. We convert them to the formats GSA Advantage! requires without hassle. You simply put the photo file name or URL in a column of your spreadsheet. There is no extra charge for photos.
With part of the FAS Catalog Platform changes, there will be a replacement for the 4P reporting program. Vendors will be able to submit their catalog through the new Compliance and Pricing Tool and receive an output before submitting contract modifications. For more information go here. In addition to that service, the SenSoft FCP software will also automatically delete non-compliant TAA and ETS items when processing your spreadsheets. SenSoft uses the latest GSA Advantage! table of valid country codes and the latest Ability One list of ETS items for validation purposes.
With FCP, because of its link to eMod, access to the program will require Authorized Negotiator status. If you need to make changes to your authorized negotiators, we have a fantastic contract management team available to assist.
When your contract has been chosen to start participating in the FCP pilot, you will be provided with what GSA believes is your offering on GSA Advantage!. You will want to review this and compare this to what was approved through eMod before continuing with the transition. SenSoft can help compare the GSA-provided file and your eMod-approved file.
SenSoft has created software to assist contract holders with creating the new multi-tab Price Proposal Template for modifications. The features SenSoft provided with our SIP alternative have been migrated over to this new system to assist with having clean and compliant product offerings.
