 When we process your catalog price list for upload to GSA Advantage the SenSoft system detects ETS items based on matching the part number and manufacturer name, as well as matching on UPC, to the latest Ability One ETS, GSA, NIB, and vendor lists. We also warn you about matches on the part number where the manufacturer name was not an exact match.  Authorized resellers of Ability One items risk their contract relationship by having ETS items in their catalogs.
